单梁起重机主要适用于金工车间、装配车间、维修车间和各类仓库及其它场合,也可用于冶金、铸造车间做辅助吊运。现在笔者根据了解情况简单的介绍一次单梁起重机基本构造有哪些:

金属结构如同单梁起重机的躯干,主要有金属材料轧制的型材和钢板采用焊接、铆接等方法,按照一定的机构组成,规则的连接起来,单梁起重机钢结构作为起重机的主要组成部分之一,其作用主要是支撑各种载荷,因此本身必须有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。单梁起重机钢结构主要有主梁、端梁、栏架、走台、轨道和司机室构成。

单梁起重机的起升机构主要采用电动葫芦作为主起升工具,起升机构的驱动装置采用电力驱动时为电动机,其中,电动葫芦多采用异步鼠龙式电动机。

1、具有运行机构的桥架和沿着主梁工字钢下翼缘移动的电动葫芦。
